Who we are

4Print is a printing service based in Tartu, Estonia. You can reach us at info@4print.ee.

What data we collect

Name — to process and deliver your order
Email address — to send order confirmation and status updates
Phone number — to contact you about order pickup or delivery
Uploaded files (PDF, DOCX) — to print your order
Delivery preference — to arrange parcel or courier delivery

Why we collect data

We use your data solely to fulfil print orders, manage orders, and communicate with you about order status. We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties, except for parcel delivery services.

Legal basis

We process your personal data based on contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — we need your data to fulfil the print orders you place.

Data retention

Uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of order completion. Order records (name, contact details, order specifics) are retained for 12 months for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The only exception: if you choose parcel machine delivery, your name and phone number are shared with Omniva parcel service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (PHPSESSID) required for the website to function — it maintains your language preference and CSRF protection. The session cookie is deleted when you close your browser. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Right to rectification — tell us if your data is incorrect
Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data
Right to restrict processing — ask us to stop processing your data
