These Terms of Service govern the use of printing and copying services provided by Netwerken OÜ (registry code 10734466), operating under the brand name 4Print / Koopiatehas, at Ülikooli 10, Tartu and Suur-Jõe 60, Pärnu.
By placing an order through our website or in person, you agree to these terms. Orders are confirmed once submitted and cannot be cancelled after printing has begun.
You are responsible for the content of uploaded files. We do not review file contents for legality or copyright. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing illegal content. Uploaded files are stored temporarily and deleted within 30 days of order completion.
All prices on our website include 24% VAT. Final pricing is calculated based on page count, color mode, paper type, and binding options selected. Payment is accepted upon pickup (cash or card) or via invoice for business customers.
We strive for high print quality. If you are not satisfied with the result due to our error (e.g., incorrect colours, missing pages), please contact us within 3 business days. We will reprint the order at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages, missed deadlines caused by force majeure, or issues arising from customer-supplied files (e.g., low resolution, incorrect formatting).
Orders are available for pickup at the selected location. Uncollected orders are stored for 30 days, after which they may be destroyed. Delivery via Omniva parcel machines is available for an additional fee.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Tartu County Court.
